What happened
Levri stopped the scan to avoid returning incomplete or misleading results. Rather than score a page it couldn't fully read, it halts the run, refunds the credit, and surfaces a failure message.
Most failures look the same on the surface but trace back to one of a few transient causes. Knowing which one usually points at the right next step.

Fix it
- RetryMost failures resolve immediately. Use the Retry button on the report shell — it re-runs the same URL and skips the cache.
- Use a specific pageLanding pages are more stable. Single-page apps with heavy client-side data fetching fail more often than static marketing pages.
If retries keep failing
When the same URL fails twice in a row, it's no longer transient — something specific is wrong. Open chat or send the URL through and we'll look at the failure trace from our side.
