By creating an account, accessing, or using Levri, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Levri on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Levri provides AI-powered analysis of websites and funnels, identifying potential conversion issues and generating recommendations, insights, and suggested experiments.

Levri does not implement changes on your behalf and does not guarantee outcomes.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Levri for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Overload, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Use Levri to analyse systems you do not have permission to access
• Use outputs to mislead, defraud, or harm others

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

You retain ownership of data you submit. By using Levri, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide.

Levri provides automated, AI-generated insights, recommendations, and experiments.

You acknowledge and agree:

• Outputs are informational and suggestive only
• They are not professional advice (legal, financial, marketing, or otherwise)
• They are based on probabilistic models and incomplete data
• They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context

No Reliance

You must independently evaluate all outputs before implementation.

No Guarantee of Results

Levri does not guarantee:

• Increased conversions
• Revenue improvements
• Performance gains
• Business outcomes of any kind

Implementation Risk

You assume full responsibility for:

• Decisions made based on Levri outputs
• Any implementation of recommendations
• All resulting outcomes (including financial loss, performance decline, or reputational impact)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Levri is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
• Conversion decreases or failed experiments
• Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to:

• Re-supplying the service; or
• The cost of having the service supplied again

Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Levri retains all rights in:

• The platform
• AI models
• Generated outputs (excluding your input data)

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

You may use outputs internally, but may not resell or redistribute Levri as a competing product.

Levri operates on a subscription basis. Payments are processed via third parties (e.g., Stripe). You authorise recurring billing.

Refunds

Unless required by law:

• Payments are non-refundable
• No refunds for unused time

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Levri is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Data accuracy

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Levri harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your implementation of recommendations
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of outputs

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Breach of Terms
• Misuse of the platform

You may stop using Levri at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
