How scans are counted, when your cycle resets, and what happens at the limit.

In a hurry? Try this first.

Your plan's limit resets on the date shown at Settings → Billing. Failed scans don't count. Cached scans within 24h don't count either.

Every paid scan consumes one credit from your monthly cycle. Failures (validate, request, render, save stages) are refunded automatically — you're only charged for reports that actually land in your account.

At 80% usage you'll see a soft banner in the app. At 100% we pause new scans until the cycle resets — you can still read every existing report, export PDFs, and manage your workspace.
