What Compare does

Compare runs two full analyses side-by-side to highlight differences in performance and UX. Each page is scored independently against the same CRO pillars, then the report aligns them so the gaps stand out.

Where a single scan tells you what a page is doing well or badly in absolute terms, Compare tells you what one page is doing better than another. That contrast often surfaces patterns a solo scan won't — missing trust elements, weaker copy, harder-to-find primary action.

How to use it

  1. Match page types
    Compare like-for-like pages.
  2. Focus on gaps
    Look at what's missing.

Common ways teams use it

  • Benchmarking against a category leader
  • A/B comparing the live page against a redesign mockup (via screenshot)
  • Auditing two product variants on the same site
  • Spot-checking a competitor's checkout flow

Reading the result

The comparison view stacks pillar scores against each other so the lowest-relative pillar is obvious. Start there — it's the gap most likely to be costing conversions, and the easiest to argue for in a redesign brief.
